Return and exchange requests are reviewed within 30 days of delivery. Requests outside that window may be declined unless Australian Consumer Law applies.
To be considered for return, the part should be unused, uninstalled, clean, complete, and in the same condition received, including original packaging where supplied. Electrical parts, fitted parts, opened service items, special-order items, and parts damaged through handling, installation, or incorrect fitment may not be eligible.
Contact Motorcycle Spares before sending anything back. Include the SKU, product name, order details, delivery date, photos if relevant, and the reason for the request. Returns sent without approval may be refused.
Approved returns are inspected before a refund is processed. If approved, the refund is applied to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card processing times can vary. Shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by an error confirmed by Motorcycle Spares.
A partial refund may be offered if an approved return is missing packaging, incomplete, marked, damaged, or not in the same condition received for reasons not caused by Motorcycle Spares.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Motorcycle Spares confirms the issue was caused by our error or Australian Consumer Law requires another remedy. Use a trackable service and suitable packaging for higher-value or fragile items.
Exchanges are generally handled for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or approved fitment-related cases. Contact support before ordering a replacement part.
Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer, supplier, product type, and how the part is installed and used. If warranty details are not shown on the product page, Motorcycle Spares will confirm the available warranty information before purchase where possible.
Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, SKU, photos, fault details, installation details, and confirmation that the part was used for the intended motorcycle, application, and service conditions. Some manufacturers may require inspection before approving a remedy.
Warranty may not cover normal wear, incorrect installation, incorrect fitment, racing or competition use, misuse, modification, contamination, crash damage, water ingress, poor maintenance, or failure caused by another faulty component.
